Allergy-Friendly Rotisserie Chicken Sensation Expands to Culver City

Noble Rotisserie, a Long Beach-based restaurant known for its allergy-sensitive menu and delectable rotisserie chicken, has recently opened a new location at the popular Citizen Public Market in Culver City. This expansion marks a significant milestone for the brand, as it aims to cater to a growing demand for allergen-conscious dining options in the heart of Los Angeles' thriving food scene.

Bringing Flavor and Inclusivity to the Table

Catering to Diverse Dietary Needs

Noble Rotisserie was founded four years ago with a mission to provide a safe and enjoyable dining experience for individuals with food allergies. Owner and founder Sidney Price recognized the challenges her own family faced when dining out due to her sons' severe allergies to ingredients like milk, nuts, and eggs. Determined to create a solution, she opened the original Long Beach restaurant, offering a menu that is entirely free of dairy, shellfish, peanuts, and tree nuts. The expansion to Culver City's Citizen Public Market allows Noble Rotisserie to reach a wider audience and continue its commitment to inclusive dining. "We found that a lot of people were driving in from L.A. to specifically dine with us in Long Beach, and this opportunity popped up, so we gave it a go," said Price. "This is a really cool way for us to test the waters in a new community."

Flavor Explosion: The "G" Chicken Sensation

While allergy-friendly dining is at the core of Noble Rotisserie's mission, the restaurant's menu is anything but bland. The star of the show is the "G" Chicken, a house specialty that packs a flavorful punch. Made with a blend of gochugaru (Korean chili flakes), garlic, rice wine vinegar, organic Tamari, ginger, shallot, jalapeño, and cilantro, this dish has become a fan favorite."L.A. is really ready for a zip of flavor and a dash of heat with our G Chicken and G Chicken Sandwich," Price enthused. "Anything with our house-made G sauce is selling like wildfire." The menu also features classic rotisserie chicken, as well as steak and pork ribs, all served in bowls or as part of dishes like the dairy-free Pot Pie.

Transparency and Traceability: Empowering Informed Choices

To further support customers with dietary restrictions, Noble Rotisserie's menu meticulously lists all the ingredients in each dish. This level of transparency helps put the minds of allergy-conscious diners at ease, allowing them to make informed choices about their meals."I think this is where the food industry is heading with that menu transparence and really understanding what is in the food that you serve," Price said. "I think LA and so many communities are ready for us."

Expanding Horizons: From Long Beach to Culver City

The decision to open a new location in Culver City was driven by the growing demand for Noble Rotisserie's unique offerings. "We found that a lot of people were driving in from L.A. to specifically dine with us in Long Beach, and this opportunity popped up, so we gave it a go," Price explained. The new countertop spot at the Citizen Public Market allows the brand to reach a wider audience and test the waters in a new community. "This is a really cool way for us to test the waters in a new community," Price said, expressing her excitement about the expansion. As Noble Rotisserie continues to grow, its commitment to providing allergy-friendly, flavor-packed meals remains steadfast. The brand's expansion to Culver City is a testament to its ability to cater to the diverse dietary needs of the Los Angeles community, while simultaneously delighting taste buds with its signature rotisserie chicken and innovative dishes.
